Multiple cutter unit

On the inside, the AURIGA 1308 XL multi operates with assemblies using play-free mechanical systems and high precision, fully digital NC servo-axes, guaranteeing precise positioning with 100% repetition accuracy. A 21.5 inch touchscreen with wide-screen format allows selection of the specific profile on the multiple stage diamond tool and the unit is automatically guided into the starting position.

Multiple scraper unit

For perfectly smoothing radiuses and chamfers on plastic edging with two profiles. The unit operates with a play-free mechanical system and high precision, fully digital NC servo-axes, guaranteeing positioning with 100% repetition accuracy. The desired profile of the multi-stage tool can be selected on a wide-band touch screen and the unit moves into position fully automatically.

Fast Setting Technology - Set up in the gap

With Holz-Her’s FA.S.T., you can run different processes simultaneously in the edgebander. For example, the corner copying unit can be switched intelligently while workpieces are still in the machine.

IntelliSet

Ensures that operators can always identify which corrections are being made in which direction on a graphical display. The values entered for tool feed are converted to the actual axis values fully automatically in the background. This sample makes workpieces a thing of the past.
