POWER-PIN 7605

The new POWER-PIN offers enormous time savings and is the ideal complement to a Nesting machine or a saw-CNC combination, as it offers the additional possibility of performing further machining operations such as horizontal drilling, dowel insertion and, if necessary, vertical drilling operations such as the insertion of pot hinges and fitting holes. In this way, the POWER-PIN 7605 helps to increase the efficiency and precision of your production. Dowel driving could not be simpler.

Intuitive Operation

The POWER-PIN is equipped with a complete CAMPUS package:

In the familiar NC-HOPS environment, individual components can be programmed and adapted as required.
With aCADemy it is possible to import DXF files and export them as a CAM program with drilling operations.
The MT Manager tool management keeps track of all drills loaded in the machine.
Components to be machined are virtually placed in the Workcenter at the correct stop. Multi-field processing with up to 4 components at the same time is also possible here.
For longer components, the automatic scene programming creates several clamping situa-tions and thus enables a maximum workpiece length of 2600 mm.

Drilling

Horizontal Drilling Unit – dynamic – 3-fold
With the automatic 3-fold drilling unit you have maximum flexibility.Whether for different dowel diameters or various fitting holes, with an infinitely variable speed of 2750 – 4000 min-1 and individually pre-settable drilling spindles in a 32 mm grid, the POWER-PIN is ideally equipped for carcase construction.

Vertical Drilling Unit
The program-controlled vertical drilling unit has three individually pre-settable drilling spindles.Thanks to the maximum drill diameter of 35 mm, pot hinges drillings can be made very easily. Connector techniques such as Minifix or CABINEO are also covered.The drilling unit is infinitely variable in speed from 2750 – 5500 min-1 and automatically adjusts to the drill diameter.

Doweling

Dowel Unit

For short machining cycles due to reduced traverse paths and simultaneous dowelling and drilling, the dowelling unit can be variably offset in 32 mm increments with the following distances: 64* / 96 / 128 / 160 / 192* mm

Dowel Details

The POWER-PIN can drive in both pre-coated dowels and standard wooden dowels with D1 glue (Viscosity 150 – 350 mPa.s.).With the optional second step conveyor, the change from 6 mm to 8 mm dowels is also done in minutes. The processable dowel lengths are 30 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm

Compact Design

Compact in every respect. All aggregates and storage tanks are fully integrated in the machine. With a footprint of only 4 m³ and an extremely low overall height of 1755 mm*, the POWER-PIN fits into any workshop.

In addition, the machine lid offers a practical storage place for workpieces to be produced at a back-friendly height of 1215 mm.Whether free-standing in the room or placed against the wall depends entirely on your production flow.

All units are easily accessible through the upper maintenance cover for tool changes and maintenance work.

CAMPUS NC-HOPS

NC-HOPS is installed as standard on every POWER-PIN and offers the possibility of programming individual components and adapting them as required. Components can be programmed in minutes using easy to understand macros and input masks.

Thanks to individual reference points ( EasySnaps), all machining are parametrically programmable.

In the 3D component view, all machining opera-tions are displayed in a comprehensible way.

VISE LED

With the help of the optional VISE LED position indicator, workpieces are always positioned at the correct fence.

In addition to the workpiece width, the LEDs also show the workpiece zero point. This means that faulty fittings can be quickly detected visually, especially in multi-field operation.
