Here are some frequently asked questions about the HOLZ-HER TERCTRA series.

Which guides are installed in the TECTRA?

Almost all movements are carried out on linear guides, even the complete sawing unit. HOLZ-HER gives a 10 year warranty on all linear guides.

Which support tables are with Air cushion tables as standard?

All HOLZ-HER beam saws are equipped as standard with air cushion tables, even within the machine tables front and rear of the cutting line to protect panel surfaces

Can I use my existing off-cuts?

Yes, existing off-cuts can be easily used within the optimising process to save material cost

Can veneer directions be considered?

Definitely. Veneer directions can be taken into account for cutting to obtain a uniform appearance.

What is the difference between TECTRA classic and power?

There are some essential differences between the classic and the power version. Besides an increased saw blade projection, this version can also handle automation.
